Life is not a destination, it is a journey. On every journey they are hills, valleys, raging rivers, babbling brooks, swamps, forests, deserts and oceans to explore. Each of these unique environments that you will encounter on your journey present different and unique health challenges. Are you ready and prepared for each of these challenges? The body needs the proper fuel, coolant, and rest to handle each of these challenging environments, preparation is key. Of course this is a parable to the many health issues we encounter through out our lives. I was very health until an unfortunate encounter with a “health group” that we shall leave un-named, permanently, if you get my hint, that through malfeasance and slight of law left me permanently disabled and temporarily broke.
